Therefore, by studying the reasons for the leakage of the high-pressure air cooler inlet tee of the residual oil hydrogenation equipment, effective treatment measures are proposed to minimize the impact of the high-pressure air cooler inlet tee leakage, And increase the time for replacement and repair of expired tee components. Therefore, through analysis, it can be concluded that the erosion corrosion caused by sulfur hydrogenation is the main cause of three-way leakage. From the beginning of small-scale corrosion to reaching leakage, this situation is the same. From this perspective, anti-corrosion treatment can be carried out on the inlet three-way of the high-pressure air cooler of the residual oil hydrogenation equipment to increase its anti-corrosion capacity and further improve the safety and stability of the equipment.
